Most people with great ideas to improve their communities or the world never get past the “napkin sketch” stage, not because they lack talent, but because they lack the guidance, network, and operational scaffolding to execute. Aspir changes that.
We’re building an AI-powered co-founder that can guide anyone, not just elite, well-networked founders, from idea to launch with structured roadmaps, persistent business memory, and tailored execution support. Our approach scales founder mentorship in a way that no human network alone can, enabling thousands of overlooked entrepreneurs to succeed.
By making world-class startup execution accessible to anyone, anywhere, Aspir can meaningfully increase the rate of successful early-stage ventures and expand who gets to participate in building the future.
Impact goal: Close the execution gap for early-stage founders globally, especially those in underrepresented and underserved communities.
Within 12 months we aim to:
Support 1,000+ active founders, many from outside elite networks.
Reduce the average “time to launch” by 50% for new businesses.
Build the first iteration of our proprietary entrepreneurship-trained AI model — a reusable knowledge base that compounds over time.
How we’ll achieve this:
Finalize Phase 4 product features: predictive milestone guidance, enhanced AI co-founder memory, and tailored business insights.
Run structured founder onboarding with tutorials, live support, and community accountability cohorts.
Partner with universities, accelerators, and grassroots startup communities to reach founders who normally wouldn’t have access to such tools.
We’re seeking $25K–$50K in non-dilutive funding to accelerate public launch and maximize early adoption in high-impact founder segments.
Engineering & AI development – $10K to complete Phase 4 features and refine UX.
Founder onboarding & success support – $5K to produce accessible, multilingual materials and run first live onboarding cohorts.
Targeted growth campaigns – $5K–$15K to seed an ambassador program in underserved founder communities.
Early retention programs – $5K–$10K for coaching and accountability to ensure users build real, measurable progress.
Every dollar here compounds: each founder we help launch faster improves the efficiency of our AI model and strengthens the shared knowledge base for all future users.
Nicole Doyle – Founder & CEO. 14+ years building and scaling teams at AWS, Meta Reality Labs, Uber Incubator, and Series A startups. I’ve personally contributed 2,000+ code commits to Aspir and led multiple zero-to-one initiatives.
In 2025, I ran a 6-week global fellowship program with 20 early-career technologists, designers, and marketers from 5+ countries, delivering major product, research, and marketing milestones ahead of our public launch.
Advisors include senior leaders from MongoDB, Pioneer Square Labs, and AWS. I have a track record of translating vision into execution, building high-performance systems, and enabling others to achieve ambitious goals.
If we fail, it will most likely be due to insufficient early adoption before securing pre-seed funding. The result would be slower development and fewer underserved founders getting access to critical execution infrastructure.
That would mean continuing the status quo: high-potential founders from outside elite networks remain excluded from building scalable solutions, and global innovation potential stays bottlenecked in a small set of geographies and networks.
In the past 12 months, we’ve raised $0 in outside capital — entirely bootstrapped via founder resources, in-kind support, and talent from our fellowship program. We are now seeking non-dilutive funding through Manifund and other aligned sources, and preparing for a $2M pre-seed SAFE round to scale operations.
Aspir isn’t just software — it’s a force multiplier for human potential. By scaling the guidance and scaffolding that only a handful of founders can currently access, we can increase the number of globally successful ventures, expand economic opportunity, and unlock solutions that today will never be built.
