I’m Nicole Doyle, founder of Aspir, an AI-powered co-founder platform helping entrepreneurs worldwide start and scale their businesses faster, smarter, and with less risk. My 14+ years in recruiting and people leadership include roles at AWS, Meta Reality Labs, and Uber Incubator, where I built high-performing teams, shaped culture, and coached founders and executives. I’ve personally led over 2,000 code commits to Aspir while bootstrapping it to our first university pilots, and I’m on a mission to democratize access to the tools, strategies, and connections that traditionally only elite founders get.

Why I Do This
I believe every founder deserves a fair shot, not just those in the “right” networks or cities. I’ve seen too many promising ideas stall because their creators lacked the insider playbooks, trusted guidance, or operational scaffolding to compete. With Aspir, I’m building the system I wish every underestimated founder could plug into — one that remembers, guides, and accelerates their journey from day one.
