Provide a tool to install and run Manifold frontend and backend and DBs locally without hassle.

What are this project's goals and how will you achieve them?

Unclear exactly how much is possible, especially with firebase, but it would be nice for devs to have the site running locally so devs can test a broader range of changes locally (including DB changes). Some services like login auth may need to compromise replicative accuracy with a bit of mocking for convenience.

I've created this half filled out as a placeholder. I may do this as part of my other project, and if I do would like to claim credit eventually. I don't actually need funding ahead of time, but if peeps want to take the risk go ahead.
