My work evolution has followed my curiosity for the impact and intersections of tech, humans, and society. Immediately prior to the last 15 years, I worked in the corporate world of commercial real estate with clients in the tech and life science industry. Then, I transitioned to consulting for startups on company culture and strategy. This led me to going deeper to understand that the tech we use and the mental health of employees impacts every facet of business. In recent years, I've explored what was once edge tech including web3 and now generative and other forms of AI.

My focus at this point is AI ethics, safety, governance and policy. I believe they are all interconnected with similar power as company culture to impact business and societies. I'm currently exploring safety and governance.
