I've really liked IAPS's past research. I'm very excited about their work. If I was a grantmaker/regrantor, I'd investigate a bit more but expect I'd be very excited to fund this.

How far does $61K go? (I'm guessing a research fellow's salary is ~$75K/year, so I'm surprised if the total cost of a 5-month contract is $61K.)
