AI governance researcher, focusing on how advanced AI changes nuclear strategy and the balance of power between states. My next focus is threat modeling of AI-enabled power concentration: which pathways to a decisive strategic advantage are technically real, and what would actually stop them.

I am a member of working group on international AI governance at the Alva Myrdal Centre for Nuclear Disarmament at Uppsala University, where I focus on the impacts of AI on nuclear verification and lessons for AI governance from nuclear governance, and also collaborate with the Oxford Martin AI Governance Initiative on the strategic parameters of AI agreements. Earlier I worked on a coordinated vulnerability disclosure framework for frontier AI at Pivotal Research, under the supervision of Robert Trager, and worked on AI evaluations at LASR Labs, Equistamp and METR.
