I'm a neurodivergent systems engineer and strategist with over a decade of experience navigating high-context, high-risk, high-friction environments across aerospace, robotics, medical devices, and Saas enterprise product and eng teams. I've worked two levels below a Fortune 500 CEO and am advised by former astronauts. Schism is the infrastructure I wish had existed: additive / assistive tech that could've made intent legible without forcing individuals to conform, mask, or explain out of exhaustion.

My work blends systems design, organizational healing, and consent-based technology. I operate from both strategic depth and lived experience-equally comfortable architecting product frameworks or creating safety for others who've been silenced by structural misalignment. I'm now building Schism full-time while preparing for a PhD focused on human-AI alignment, emotional labor, and communication protocol design.
