You're pledging to donate if the project hits its minimum goal and gets approved. If not, your funds will be returned.
Since 9th grade, I have gathered and submitted intelligence to agencies such as the FBI and Crime Stoppers concerning fugitives. Now, as a rising senior, I want to make my operations more secure and safer as a structured company.
My goal is to further develop local AI agents, such as the Link Analysis Agent. My Link Analysis Agent can catch connections, patterns, and inconsistencies that may be difficult to identify manually while running locally and keeping sensitive data off the cloud. I want to also further develop my Investigation Incident Logger that catches violations of Data Protocols and records them in a tamper-resistant way. This assures that agencies comply with data protocols.
I will achieve this by dedicating hours to making these agents, from processes like drafting my features and testing the agent. However, each research hour sacrifices the limited funds I receive from work (~9$ USD post-tax per hour). Importantly, these tools will not replace human judgment.
This funding will be used to convert work hours to research hours until I can incorporate. Funded research hours will be $10 an hour pre-tax, capping at 90 hours a month, taking ~50% of my job hours. If funds exceed my research hours by incorporation, then the funds will go to costs like local AI infrastructure and incorporation fees in late 2027. I am more than happy to provide an itemized list to vetted, trusted funders. $60,000 is the highest end that I expect for initial costs and a few years of operation.
To clarify, I would like to secure this funding early to ensure that I can operate when I make agents part-time in college, using this to cover expenses from what would be my work. The funds will be held in a trusted family member's bank account. It will be clear that this family member cannot use it for any other purpose other than the grant, in writing.
I am doing this solo, though I already have working prototypes of these agents built that I want to add more features to; it has come at the cost of multiple work hours. I may scale with employees, and I don't see this occurring until 2028, and with significant funds.
$0, however, I have applied for grants and non-dilutive funds.

Without funds, the research will continue at a slower pace, fully funded by me.
Absolutely not, and I understand why this distinction matters. I have submitted information through the proper channels and have not acted on any information I have received. I am not-for-hire. However, I aim to give these AI agents to vetted and appropriate agencies at no cost.
