1) When do you expect the eco-hostel to open?
2) How many animals have the local rescues sterilized and vaccinated this year?
3) You say that the money will be used to sponsor vaccination and sterilization. But you also say that you won't be able to reach the amount of animals you want to help if your project fails. Can you clarify?
4) What will your rationale be for deciding whether or not to develop educational programs?

Project summary
To create a self-sustained eco-friendly sanctuary where humans, dogs, cats and any other animals in Mexico can live in peace.
Our animal rescue in Mexico will be combined with a vegan hostel. So you can stay with us and volunteer with the animal rescue. You’ll learn about animals so enriching both your lives.
The hostel will act as our main funding source so that we wont be reliant on donations and we will be able to have a community space to create an EA environment
What are this project's goals? How will you achieve them?
To raise funds to support stray animals in Rosarito and to create a pilot program that can be implemented around the world to reduce the stray population and prevent new strays
How will this funding be used?
Initially, to sponsor pet vaccination, spay/neuter clinics and potentially educational programs to help bring awareness to the stray animal crisis in Mexico and bring awareness to our org
Any funds beyond our goal will simply allow us to reach more animals
Who is on your team? What's your track record on similar projects?
At the moment no track record, Ace founded the org, purchased land in Mexico and registered as a non profit in both the US and Mexico
While we fundraise to build a facility, we are partnering with local area rescues to provide support and help care for the animals that they are rescuing

What are the most likely causes and outcomes if this project fails?
Failure to make connections with other orgs as this is meant to be a community based project with Sanctuary Hostel at the lead, bring rescues, sterilization clinics, environmental, vegan and other orgs together would def put a dent in the community aspect of the mission
The eco hostel portion of the mission will not fail as the founder regularly contributes financially, if there are no other sources of funding this will only delay the project but it wont ever be a failure
For this particular vaccination or sterilization clinic we will simply not be able to reach the amount of animals that we want to help

1: We do not have an anticipated opening date for the hostel yet, as construction of the facility depends upon fundraising the needed funds.
2: We do not have a total of the number of animals that local rescue partners have sterilized and vaccinated this year, unfortunately - we are working on building partnerships with a variety of local organizations, so this number can (and will!) fluctuate.
3: We hope to spay/neuter at least 50 animals as part of this current initiative, and would like to have the funds to vaccinate those 50 animals as well.
4: We will be developing educational programs - we understand the importance of education and the foundational role that it plays in ensuring our community understands the best way to care for animals. We will be assigning education and training designers to create resources in English and Spanish, to ensure that all areas of our community are able to access this learning.
