About Me

I’m Sean Sheppard, founder of Covenant Architects. On November 19, 2025 I open-sourced the Immediate Action System (IAS): a physically separate guard die that removes all power from an ASI cluster in ≤10 nanoseconds using only physics and one-shot semiconductors. No software button, no firmware, no override — the actuator is outside the threat model entirely. Everything is public from day zero: full spec, CERN-OHL-S v2 hardware license, $50k live red-team bounties, and a $150k roadmap to a functional prototype board in Q1 2026.Right now it’s one determined human + three frontier AIs stress-testing the design. All money goes straight to silicon, verification, and bounty payouts — zero salaries yet. If superintelligence is coming, software safeguards are theater. I’m shipping the one switch that actually works.
